Adastral Park is BT’s Global Research and Development Headquarters. From pioneering work in optical technologies and digital switching through to work in advanced software techniques and protocols, Adastral Park is recognised as one of the leading centers of technical innovation in the communication world.

It’s also where the majority of our Technology grads are based. Each year, nearly 100 Technology grads relocate to start their career at Adastral Park, so there’s a real sense of community among the grads. Whether it’s getting involved in sports teams, socials, volunteering or professional networking events, there are so many opportunities for grads to get involved.

The Role

In 2012 we invested £560 million in global research and development to support our drive for innovation. As a Technology graduate, you’ll get to exposure to these advanced technologies – and some of the best technical people in the industry.
