Your duties will be many and varied including complex diary management, organising meetings across multiple time zones; coordinating multi-country travel; inbox management, delegating on behalf of the CEO; preparation of board papers, documents, including presentations; and liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders including board members. You should ideally be degree educated (or equivalent), have high level attention to detail, and crucially, be extremely pro-active - your boss needs you to be one step ahead of him at all times and does not expect to micro-manage you in any way. You should have extensive experience of working in a 1-1 capacity at CEO Board level and should ideally have worked in a corporate professional services environment.
